Changing your mind

It happens: a colorway reads different against your wall than on a screen. Sending an item back runs through our retail partner, on the window and the steps their help pages describe for that order.

Before you pack it up

Keep the original folds and the packaging until you’re sure the design stays. Fabric that has been cut or hemmed, and planks already stuck down, generally can’t travel back.

The cheaper path

Most send-backs start with a size that was close but not right. Two minutes with a tape measure, plus the window matcher, sort most of it out before a box is ever opened.
